At Bark & Beyond, we are committed to providing high-quality pet products and excellent service. Please note that we operate a no-refund policy on all purchases unless the product is received in a damaged or faulty condition. We kindly ask customers to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase, as we cannot issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or accidental orders.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or store credit. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@thebarkbeyond.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions on the next steps.

Return Instructions

In the rare event a return is required, all items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your replacement or issue store credit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or faulty upon arrival.
